THE FINE PRINT – RULES & REGULATIONS

Management reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with management rules. Under event and facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including: alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, weapons, fire-crackers, stinkbombs, or anything that is illegal in California. We reserve the right to check any item, parcels, purses, or bags; all backpacks, baby carriers, long umbrellas, briefcases, or suitcases for security purposes. All video cameras, flashes, and tripods are encouraged.

Any items brought to the event are the responsibility of the ticket holder. Holder agrees by use of their ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of event to which this ticket is issued without crediting Jewlicious Festival. Photography of all presenters, events, and fun is encouraged if done respectfully. Otherwise, its forbidden.

Holder voluntarily assumes all risk incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. Holder voluntarily agrees that the Alpert Jewish Community Center, Jewlicious Festivals, Beach Hillel, and sponsors and patrons, their agents, officers, directors, employees, faculty, students, and volunteers are released by holder from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. The organizers assume no responsibility at all for any personal items. WARNING! Kiddush cups, challah, etrogs, menorahs, random Judaica and other objects may fly into the spectator area, and injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during, and after programs, services, meals, or performances. If struck, immediately ask Jewlicious security for direction to medical attention. Holder assumes all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether before, during, or after programs and performances, including without limitation, dangers described above, injuries caused by spectators, players, or entering a mosh pit. Holder agrees that the management, facility, participants, performers, Jewlicious, and all their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are released by holder from any claims arising from such causes.
