Mr. Alper is the founder of Noah’s Bagels on the West Coast and Bread and Circus on the East Coast. He is now a consultant to aspiring entrepreneurs and a dynamic motivational speaker. He has spoken at many national and local business and community groups, including the E2 Entrepreneur’s Conference in Detroit, the League of Women Voters, and the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization.

He has also been a guest speaker at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley; the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; and the University of Wisconsin School of Business. Mr. Alper is a student advisor at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
